Unlink Smart Licensing Accounts
Before you begin

To view linked accounts, a user-level account is sufficient.

In order to unlink licensing accounts, you must have administrator-level Smart Account or Virtual Account privileges for all of the licensing accounts and for the account you use to access SecureX or Cisco SecureX threat response. (The latter was formerly known as Cisco Threat Response or CTR.)

You will need your Cisco.com (CCO) credentials to complete this procedure.
Procedure
Step 1 | In the top right corner of any page in Security Services Exchange, click the Tools button () and choose Unlink Smart/Virtual Accounts. |
Step 2 | If prompted, sign in with your Cisco.com (CCO) credentials. |
Step 3 | Select the accounts to unlink. |
Step 4 | Click Unlink. |
